Lenovo's booth at VMworld 2018 in Las Vegas: a nine-panel seamless video wall in the theater, Meyer sound, a DMX light package off a grandMA, and our own 25 Mbps uplink where the house line was a shared 3.
Lenovo’s booth at VMworld 2018 ran its theater on a nine-panel NEC seamless video wall fed by a multi-output media server, with four Meyer MM4s, two wireless mics, and a DMX light package we ran from a grandMA console. A dozen Lenovo machines in the booth and three more in the meeting rooms, ThinkCentre Tinys and ThinkPads, drove the demos, and one of our technicians stayed with the booth for all eight days from load-in to load-out.
Mandalay Bay’s house internet was a shared 3 Mbps line, so the booth ran on our own 25 Mbps uplink instead, with Cat6 to every position, gigabit switching, a router and access points behind it.
