A thirty-by-thirty Lenovo booth at VMworld 2016 in Las Vegas: the show dropped a main line and we built everything past it, plus a theater on wireless mics and Meyer speakers and five demo stations on Lenovo hardware. The first client to hand us more than the network.
Lenovo took a thirty-by-thirty at VMworld, built around a small theater and five demo stations. The presenter ran sessions all day on wireless mics through a Mackie mixer into a pair of Meyer MM-4s, and the demos ran on Lenovo’s own hardware, six ThinkCentre Tiny PCs and six ThinkPad T450s, so the machines on the counters were the product.
In 2016 we were a networking company first. The show dropped a main line to the booth and everything past it was ours: the switch, the Cat5 runs to the demo stations and the closet, and four days of demos that stayed wired. Lenovo was the first client to hand us more than the network, the theater audio and the demo computers here, and that is where Two Jax started becoming the one crew for all the technology in a booth.
